**I know many of you have tried meditation before and have found it so difficult to stick to a regime, to even allow yourself 5 minutes a day to sit and embrace an age-old method infused with present-day proven skills to quell the mind of negative thoughts, and to still the psyche of circular thinking.**

Allow me to show you the techniques of simple breath work, along with learning to cultivate the absence of self-judgmental thinking, and of not allowing yourself to "become your emotions," but rather to "becoming aware of your emotions" (big difference!) and without permitting your emotions to drag you into the never-ending spiral of worry and anxiety.  It can be achieved, and it can be done.  it worked for me, and I want to have the opportunity to show you how it can work for you.
